ryosuke akiyoshi
Ryosuke Akiyoshi is a graduate of IAMAS, Institute of Advanced Media Arts and Sciences, Ogaki. Since graduating he has exhibited widely throughout Japan and his work has been broadcast on national television. His works often include a merge of performance, installation, interactivity and video. In his recent work 'Potentia' the individual audience member is transported to over 400 environments, in a dizzing sequence of scenes which challenges the viewer's sense of place and their passive reception of the mediated image.
